    Mr. William Carrington, a well known journalist, died in Melbourne on Monday in his fiftieth year. Mr. Carrington over twenty years ago came to Australia. He served on the Melbourne "Herald" sub-editorial staff for several years, and was subsequently editor of the '"Weekly Times." He had been ill and unable to follow his profession for nearly two years.8
