    The death of Mr George Biddicombe occurred on June 27 at his residence, Bradley street, Newport. The deceased, who was born at Laancoorie, 68 years ago, is survived by a widow. The funeral took place on Friday to the Williamstown Cemetery. There was a nice collection of floral tributes.
    The Rev. G. A. M. Cerutty (C. of E.) conducted impressive services at the house and graveside, and Messrs Nelson Bros. had charge of the funeral arrangements.3
